1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Made In Summer, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. This applies to clothing (T-shirts, shirts, jackets, tracksuits, hoodies, track pants, shoes), accessories, grooming products, home goods, and all other categories.
Non-Returnable Items: Grooming products (creams, gels, sprays), electric heating pads, and hair tools (dryers, curlers, combs) are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene reasons.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
