1. Overview At Made In Summer, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched

3. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India including metro cities, tier-2, and tier-3 locations. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner
  • Made In Summer is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
